Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a friendly Team Member to join our fast-paced restaurant team in New York. You will take orders, process payments, prepare products, and ensure a clean, safe environment while delivering fast, fun and friendly service to our customers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Accessibility to dependable and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity required (the ability to move up to 45 lbs.).
• Attendance and punctuality a must.
• Operating of cash register as needed and making change for other cashiers.
• Basic Math skills
• Complete training certification

Responsibilities

• Interaction with customers: receiving orders, processing sales and monies, and managing customer issues.
• Preparation of products.
• Maintaining quality of product.
• Monitoring all service equipment.
• Uncompromising standards in maintaining a clean and safe work environment (per Labor Board and OSHA regulations and Company standards), Unloading, stocking and maintaining required inventory level.
• Champions recognition and motivation efforts.
