Job summary

Target in Biddeford, ME is seeking a Guest Advocate to help guests, answer questions, and guide them to the right products and services. You will greet guests, resolve issues, and promote Target benefits and loyalty programs.

This fast-paced, physically active role offers flexible hours, training, and opportunities to build customer-service skills while working with a diverse team. No two days are the same as you support in-store and digital services, including Drive Up and Order Pick Up.

• You are open to working a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and other peak shopping times).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.
• When guests need assistance, engage with guests in a welcoming way, to help solve their specific needs.
• Make the guest aware of current promos, store activities and events.
