Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate (Cashier or Front of Store Attendant) in Augusta, ME to provide an exceptional guest experience at checkout and throughout the store. You will engage with guests, answer questions, share information on products and services, and help with loyalty program enrollment.

You will also handle checkout operations, scan and bag items, and assist guests with digital options like Drive Up, Order Pick Up, and the Target App.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard.

• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to resolve issues.
• Promote and explain Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and safely.
• Help guests use the Target App features like Wallet, Order Pick-Up and Drive Up.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and comply with safety policies.
