Job summary

RaceTrac is hiring a Store Associate in Denton, TX. You will help keep the store clean, stocked, and running smoothly while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

This role offers flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends, with hands-on training and opportunities for advancement. As part of a fast-paced team, you’ll assist at the register or self-checkout, suggest additional products, and maintain a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, guest-focused environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and teammates with a smile and respond promptly and courteously.
• Operate the register or self-checkout and assist customers as needed.
• Restock shelves and keep the store clean, organized, and safe.
• Provide friendly, proactive service and resolve guest concerns.
• Support inventory management and assist in food preparation areas per safety standards.
