McDonald’s is seeking a Guest Experience Leader in a franchise restaurant. The role focuses on greeting guests, assisting with ordering and kiosks, and delivering feel-good moments in a fast-paced team setting.

You’ll create memorable guest experiences, handle concerns, and support the team while growing in a supportive environment. Must be at least 16 years old and available during daytime hours.

Qualifications

• 16 years of age or older to work as a Guest Experience Leader.
• Part-time hours between 8am and 8pm.
• Ability to greet guests, assist with ordering and kiosks.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and communicate with them while ordering.
• Assist guests with using the ordering kiosks.
• Provide help to guests needing extra hands.
• Check with guests after they receive food to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure kids receive a kid treat when appropriate.
• Address concerns from guests promptly and professionally.
• Communicate feedback and recommendations to the restaurant team.
