Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Flexible schedule willingness.
• Lift and carry 10–65 lbs.
• Valid driver license, reliable transportation and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly guest service and assist guests with needs.
• Create and maintain eye contact with guests to enhance experience.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold Chick-fil-A values.
