Job summary

TXB Lakeway is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support the store management team with cash register duties, customer service, and housekeeping responsibilities. You will greet guests, handle transactions, and help maintain a clean, organized store environment.

No prior experience is required and on-the-job training is provided. The role demands reliability, punctuality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting, including nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating

Qualifications

• No prior experience is necessary.
• Successful completion of on-the-job training.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Prolonged periods standing and working on cash register or related equipment.
• May need to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements over long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash registers, calculators, or scanners and handle transactions.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist guests with questions and purchases.
• Balance cash at the start and end of each shift and ensure accurate sales.
• Process returns and exchanges according to store policy.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and well stocked and assist with merchandising.
• Greet customers as they enter the location and respond to inquiries.
