Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill (ESGW) is hiring cashiers to greet guests, assist with displays, and help keep the store neat. The role supports stock replenishment and merchandise removal, with a daily focus on meeting sales goals.

The position requires flexibility for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, plus the ability to stand and perform physical tasks. A background check is required for all applicants.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of merchandise and cash handling requirements.
• Ability to work with customers including those with different abilities.
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks independently.
• Able to work flexible hours, days, evenings, and weekends.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Requires good hand use for manipulation and precise tasks.
• Must be able to move around the store/facility as needed.
• A background check is required for all positions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests on the sales floor.
• Change and maintain product displays; keep the store neat and clean.
• Assist with stock replenishment and removal of merchandise as directed.
• Strive to meet daily sales goals while following ESGW best practices.
• Be cross-trained to support all aspects of retail operations.
