Qualifications

• Must read and write standard English and understand simple instructions.
• Basic math and cash handling skills are essential.
• Ability to understand time formats and time-based rates.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, maintain a friendly, professional demeanor at all times.
• Process payments via cash, credit, or direct billing and issue receipts.
• Accurately categorize tickets and reconcile revenue for audit purposes.
• Complete shift reports and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Assist guests with directions and information about facility amenities.
