Job summary

Zaxbys is expanding its team in Charlotte, NC. We are seeking friendly cashiers to take and process orders, handle payments, and ensure guests have a great experience while following standard operating procedures with urgency.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, explaining menu items, handling transactions, and keeping the dining area clean. Training, promotion opportunities, and a supportive team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Part-time: Available to work 9 to 28 hours per week.
• Full-time: Available to work 32 to 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Take and enter orders; handle payments and receipts.
• Maintain a clean dining room and guest areas.
• Explain menu items and suggest additional items to guests.
• Enter guest orders accurately into the POS system and complete transactions.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment and follow safety guidelines.
