Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Keene, NH. You will greet guests, provide an enjoyable shopping experience, and support store-level tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include operating the point of sale, handling cash and lottery, maintaining safety and cleanliness, stocking shelves, and communicating guest requests to management. Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
• Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.).
• Replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
