Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Anderson, IN is hiring cashiers (front-of-house) to greet guests, seat tables, take orders, and handle payments in a fast-paced environment. You’ll deliver food, upsell menu items, and ensure accuracy of takeout orders while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Candidates should be friendly, team-oriented, and comfortable with basic math and strong communication. Minimum age is 16; prior restaurant or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, upbeat attitude while ensuring timely seating.
• Bus tables, deliver food to guests, follow FIFO guidelines, and complete other daily tasks.
• Respond to customer complaints/concerns and know when to get a manager involved.
• Make genuine connections/engage our guests so they have a personalized experience.
• Take payments/handle cash drawer and process credit card transactions.
• Apply menu knowledge to suggest menu items, drinks, and promotions.
• Enter takeout orders into Point Of Sale system and manage them.
• Bag and manage takeout orders, check for accuracy.
• Maintain clean and orderly cashier area and practice safety and sanitation.
• Thank guests as they leave and solicit feedback about service quality.
