Brobston Group in Merrimack, NH is seeking a friendly Cashier to deliver a welcoming checkout experience while supporting everyday store operations.

You will process purchases, handle returns, upsell promotions, and maintain Ralph Lauren standards in presentation and service; flexibility for day or evening shifts is required. This role emphasizes accurate POS handling and teamwork with sales staff, along with keeping the cash wrap area neat.

Qualifications

• Retail or similar customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and occasional overnight shifts.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers, answer inquiries, and provide product knowledge while supporting cross-selling and upselling.
• Process purchases, returns, promotional offers, and Ship to Home orders accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain customer profiles, capture salesperson data, and handle merchandise professionally.
• Keep the cashwrap and queue area clean, support visual merchandising, and collaborate with the store team.
