Job summary

Peppermill is seeking a Full-Service Cashier to provide guests with efficient, friendly service and to create a positive dining experience. You will greet guests, manage seating information, take orders with the POS, know menu items and specials, assist with service and delivery, and help maintain a clean dining area.

Qualifications include being 21+, Alcohol Awareness Card, 1 year of experience preferred, ability to lift 15 pounds, and clear English communication.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Alcohol Awareness Card required.
• Minimum of one year experience is preferred.
• Must be able to repeatedly lift 15 pounds to chest.
• Able to communicate clearly with guests in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet and thank guests sincerely.
• Determine guest needs and provide seating status information; take names and quote wait times.
• Take and complete orders while accurately using the POS system.
• Know menu items, prices, coupons and specials.
• Assist in service and delivery of food.
• Complete all shift side work requirements.
• Maintain a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for guests and employees.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables as needed.
