Qualifications

• Provides aggressive customer service through greeting customers and handling transactions.
• Greet customers entering the store and at the register, and ensure accurate processing of sales.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow CNRG’s Mission and Values.
• Process customer transactions accurately (credit cards, cash, checks).
• Greet customers, verify merchandise quantities, descriptions, and prices.
• Handle returns/exchanges and sales.
• Answer phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Receive payments on accounts and assist with deposits and drawer organization.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist in stocking.
• Direct customers to items and request assistance as needed.
• Protect company assets through cash handling controls.
• Wear a positive customer service attitude at all times.
• Follow all cashier procedures and adapt to inventory variations.
