Ace Retail Group is hiring a Cashier to manage register transactions and assist customers in our Westlake Ace location in Waterford Township, MI. You will greet customers, handle payments, and support store operations with a friendly, accurate checkout experience.

The ideal candidate has cashier or retail experience, strong customer service skills, and can stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs. We value integrity, teamwork, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Cashier experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Project a positive representation of Westlake Ace Hardware.
• Greet customers entering and throughout the store.
• Handle register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Balance register drawer and follow cash procedures.
• Assist with pricing, stocking and product location as needed.
• Support store operations and communicate issues to management.
