Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and assist members quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service and assist with purchases.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and member-ready area in the club.
• Load purchases into members' vehicles and ensure carts/flatbeds are available.
