Job summary

Sam's West, Inc. in Hickory, NC is seeking dependable associates for the Member Assistant cart attendant role. You will help keep the parking lot clean, assist members with purchases and loading vehicles, and ensure carts are ready and available to serve members quickly and accurately.

You’ll be on your feet in a fast-paced environment, providing friendly, efficient service and resolving member questions while upholding company policies and safety procedures throughout your shift.

Responsibilities

• Ensure club pickup orders are filled by notifying members when pickup time is delayed and inform when products are unavailable; offer alternatives.
• Maintain safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe conditions to management.
• Provide member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, processing purchases and payments per policy.
• Organize and maintain availability of carts/flatbeds and maintain parking lot cleanliness.
• Comply with policies and standards of ethics and integrity in daily tasks.
