Responsibilities

• Prepare all tables before service, ensuring place settings are arranged.
• Ensure appropriate tablesettings for different meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner).
• Stock all stations at the beginning of the shift and maintain cleanliness.
• Maintain your designated section and assist other sections as necessary.
• Clear table of plates between courses and reset for new guests.
• Polish silverware and store properly.
• Complete side work before and after service as needed.
• Ensure bar area is stocked before service.
• Remove dirty linens and keep area clean.
• Follow safety guidelines and federal/state standards.
• Participate in daily shift meetings.
• Adhere to uniform and grooming standards.
