Job summary

The Omakase Restaurant Group is seeking a Busser/Food Runner in San Jose, CA to help provide a seamless dining experience. You will maintain a clean dining area, promptly deliver food orders, and assist servers, ensuring guests receive meals accurately and on time.

This role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior POS familiarity is a plus; hospitality experience is preferred. On-site work in a dynamic Bay Area restaurant setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables efficiently for new guests while keeping a clean, organized dining area.
• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to tables promptly and accurately.
• Assist servers by refilling beverages and replenishing condiments as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of service stations, dining areas, and restrooms in line with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth food delivery and address guest requests.
