• Previous food service, food-running and or table bussing experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Begin every shift setting up the line and prep for service.
• Maintain a clean expo line and sanitize surfaces continuously.
• Ensure timely delivery of all food items to guests.
• Stock condiments, utensils, and supplies for service.
• Assist servers and expeditors to ensure quality service.
• Respond to guest requests and accommodate additional needs.
• Follow safety procedures and report emergencies when needed.
