Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Previous restaurant, busser, server assistant, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized dining environment and welcoming restaurant ambiance.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables; stock service stations; assist restaurant team for efficient service.
• Uphold WarHorse Gaming Omaha, LLC mission, vision and values.
• Maintain knowledge of service standards, table setups, beverage service, and pre-bussing procedures.
• Promptly clear and sanitize tables; restock dining supplies as needed.
• Monitor dining room cleanliness; ensure tables and seating areas are presentable.
• Assist servers with beverage service and food delivery as assigned.
• Communicate seating needs and guest requests with hosts, servers, and kitchen staff.
