Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables promptly after guests depart.
• Remove used dishes and transport to the dishwashing area.
• Wipe down and sanitize tables, chairs, and condiment containers.
• Assist servers with refilling drinks and delivering food orders.
• Communicate with servers to prepare tables for new guests.
• Transport dishes from kitchen to dining area as needed.
• Ensure correct delivery of orders to tables.
• Keep server and busser stations clean and organized.
• Restock napkins, utensils, and condiments.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace bags.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Address guest inquiries and escalate when necessary.
• Assist with overall restaurant cleanliness (sweeping, mopping, windows).
• Report maintenance or repair needs.
