Job summary

Qualifications

• High school education or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Clear empty tables of linens, dishes and debris and place items in proper areas.
• Reset the tables and remove dirty items between guests.
• Clean high chairs and booster seats after each use.
• Carry trays of dirty dishes to dish room and break down trays.
• Maintain clean floors and ensure all surfaces are sanitary.
• Assist servers with service and guest requests as needed.
• Report incidents or damaged items to management.
• Attend department meetings as scheduled.
• Comply with safety, sanitary and emergency procedures.
