Check tables, assist with opening side work, and coordinate with the captain and chef on orders. Maintain timely service, greet guests on arrival and departure, and ensure knowledge of all menu items and beverages.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of menu items and beverage offerings.

Responsibilities

• Check that all tables are set and clean before opening.
• Work under supervision of the captain; coordinate with chef on orders.
• Maintain correct timing for food and monitor guest satisfaction.
• Greet guests on arrival and thank them on departure.
• Assist captain in greeting guests and ensuring service flow.
• Understand all food and beverage items served.
• Compensation between $14.60 and $15.00 per hour plus tips.
