Marriott-International is seeking a Hospitality Attendant in Wichita Falls, TX to clean, restock, and maintain guest corridors, breakfast areas, and public spaces. You will greet guests, uphold brand standards, and ensure a warm, service-oriented atmosphere throughout the shift.

Responsibilities include setting up breakfast, maintaining cleanliness, restocking supplies, and following safety procedures while delivering high-quality guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Medium work – exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to move objects.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
• Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
• Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying issues raised by co-workers and guests.

Responsabilités

• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform and name tag.
• Comply with brand standards and regulations to ensure safe and efficient hotel operations.
• Be familiar with the hotel’s standard operating procedures and safety rules.
• Prepare and serve the daily complimentary breakfast bar and ensure it is stocked at all times.
• Clean and disinfect breakfast areas, relevant spaces, and storage areas.
• Vacuum floors and remove trash; restock coffee, snacks, and toiletries as needed.
• Notify maintenance of needed repairs and assist with overall cleanliness of guest corridors, elevators, and common areas.
