Timbers Jupiter is seeking a courteous Bellperson to deliver exceptional guest service by assisting with luggage handling, escorting guests, and creating a seamless arrival and departure experience.

Responsibilities include identifying guest needs, handling luggage efficiently, escorts to town homes, inspecting units for order, and maintaining clear communications with guests and staff. The role requires strong command of business English and safety awareness to protect guests and property.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of department policies and guest services.
• Experience with luggage handling and town home coordination.
• Strong business English, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

Responsibilities

• Identify guest needs and relay information about policies and amenities.
• Handle luggage and equipment efficiently and securely.
• Escort guests to town homes and ensure proper luggage placement.
• Inspect town homes for order and supply levels and inform guests of amenities.
• Respond to guest requests and provide helpful information service.
• Answer phones, take messages, and transfer calls as needed.
• Maintain radios and earpieces; ensure safety and cleanliness of porte-cochere.
• Drive safely and collaborate with team to meet guest expectations.
