Fairmont Austin seeks an enthusiastic bartender to provide welcoming service and expert beverage knowledge. You will guide guests through the beverage menu, craft drinks, and carefully manage stock while upholding our standards of quality and safety.

The ideal candidate has bartending experience, strong communication, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced hotel setting. This on-site role offers growth within the property and Accor network.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of all beverage products.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Assist guests regarding beverage menu items informatively.
• Mix drinks and manage beverage stock per guidelines.
• Know beverage lists, promotions, and menu items.
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
• Maintain safety and sanitation in handling food and beverages.
