Job summary

LBA Hospitality in Hattiesburg, MS is seeking a part-time bartender to provide prompt and courteous service, serving high quality beverages while keeping the outlet clean and guest-ready.

You will assist guests, handle drink preparation, and work with team to maintain standards and safety; must stand for long shifts, may work weekends, and bring at least one year in food and beverage; HS diploma preferred; alcohol safety cert preferred.

Qualifications

• One year experience in food and beverage position.
• Experience with chain food and retail outlet preferred.
• Food Handling and Alcohol Safety certifications preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Prepare and consistently maintain working area and supplies in a guest ready atmosphere.
• Prepare/serve drinks as requested by guests
• Process guest charges and gratuities in accordance to standards, policies and procedures.
• Maintain safety and security practices, have thorough knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Ensure guests are provided with the highest quality product and service.
• Maintain liquor inventory regularly.
• Other duties as assigned, that the associate is capable of performing
