Sheraton San Diego Resort is seeking a Strada - Sales Associate (Barista) to deliver exceptional beverage and food service in the Strada outlet and other areas. You will maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring guest satisfaction as you craft specialty drinks and assist with food orders.

The role offers hourly pay of $22.55 and requires a professional, proactive approach, strong communication, and the ability to work varied shifts to meet guest demand.

Qualifications

• Understand hotel mission, vision, and goals.
• Prioritize tasks and work with limited supervision.
• Detail oriented with strong multi-tasking.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to speak and understand the workplace language(s).
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
