Caribou Coffee is hiring a Team Member to deliver warm, guest-focused service and craft hand-made beverages. You’ll learn fast, adapt to busy periods, and help keep the coffeehouse welcoming and clean, while representing Caribou’s values on every shift.

No prior experience required, but a passion for coffee, flexibility with scheduling, and a positive, team-oriented attitude will help you grow with us and delight guests across Minnesota locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays as the coffeehouse needs.
• Excellent customer service mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for coffee, hospitality, and being part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections and active listening.
• Hand-crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes, customizing to Guest preferences.
• Switches between barista, greeter, and other shift roles as needed.
• Takes orders and manages the cash drawer accurately, following cash-handling standards.
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized, and well-stocked to quality and safety standards.
• Anticipates what's needed next for a Guest or a teammate and acts proactively.
• Makes recommendations grounded in product knowledge, not a script.
• Knows when to seek leadership for larger issues and asks for support accordingly.
• Takes direction from leaders and balances multiple priorities.
• Shows up for every scheduled shift on time with reliable attendance.
• Brings the Core Values to life: Support One Another, Make Fun Happen, Be Yourself, Take Ownership, Serve with Love.
• Maintains energetic, engaging shifts for Guests and teammates.
