Qualifications

• California Food Handler Certification required within 30 days of hire.
• English communication is required; training materials available in additional languages as needed.
• Hospitality or food & beverage experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile within 45 seconds of arrival.
• Provide personalized, attentive service to make guests feel like VIPs.
• Set up and maintain a clean breakfast or social hour area.
• Check food appearance, portion, and temperature for guest readiness.
• Clear tables, wipe spills, and keep public areas inviting.
• Follow California sanitation procedures and food safety guidelines.
• Break down and clean the service area; sanitize counters, floors, and equipment.
• Respond quickly and kindly to guest questions or concerns.
