Job summary

Dimension Hospitality Group is seeking a Lobby Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of public areas in the hotel. You will ensure lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other shared spaces are clean, stocked, and guests ready at all times.

You will support the guest experience, assisting guests with directions or service needs and reporting maintenance concerns while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Friendly and helpful with guests and teammates.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Housekeeping or janitorial experience is helpful but not required.
• Flexible to work any shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the lobby, hallways, elevators, and public restrooms.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash as needed.
• Restock restroom supplies and monitor cleanliness throughout your shift.
• Assist guests with directions or service needs when asked.
• Report maintenance concerns or unsafe conditions immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness in service areas, closets, and storage spaces.
• Support housekeeping with additional tasks as required.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hotel cleanliness standards.
