Responsibilities
- Greet guests and deliver an awesome experience each shift.
- Process vehicles quickly and safely through the wash.
- Explain wash options and upsell Unlimited Wash Club.
- Support membership management and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure safety and prevent damage in the wash.
- Keep the site clean and welcoming.
- Assist with opening/closing duties.
- Provide friendly, clear answers to guest questions.
