Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Server Assistant to support servers and ensure guests have an amazing experience. You’ll help with refills, pre-bussing, turns, and keeping dining areas spotless while greeting guests and taking drink orders.

You’ll work to deliver food and drinks promptly, maintain safety and sanitation standards, and perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties to help the venue run smoothly. Availability on days, nights, and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage experience a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset.
• Teamwork is essential.
• Food Handlers Certification and Alcohol Certification required.
• Communicates effectively.
• Sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
• Able to communicate with Management, Team Members and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
