Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is hiring a Store Support Teammate in Georgia to help create a welcoming shopping experience for Guests. You will greet guests, handle point-of-sale transactions, maintain knowledge of promotions, and support merchandising and store upkeep.

Responsibilities include assisting with displays, price changes, and transfers, while upholding Buckle’s Code of Ethics and store policies. A flexible schedule including holidays may be required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and assist with store questions.
• Process Guest transactions using POS software and bag purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Identify security risks and respond appropriately to prevent theft.
• Assist in merchandising tasks such as displays, price markdowns and transfers.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and inviting for guests.
