Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is hiring a Part-Time Store Support Teammate for our Pooler, GA location. You will greet guests, answer questions, and process transactions at the POS. You’ll help maintain displays, learn current promotions, and contribute to a safe, welcoming shopping environment.

Flexibility in schedule, including weekends and holiday periods, is important. No prior experience required; training provided to perform essential duties and uphold Buckle’s standards.

Qualifications

• No specific degree required.
• Basic retail knowledge helpful.
• Willingness to learn Buckle store procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and assist with store questions.
• Process Guest transactions using POS software and bag purchases.
• Stay informed about current sales, promotions, exchanges, and security practices.
• Monitor store security and help prevent thefts as needed.
• Assist Operations Manager and Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks and displays.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
