Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC in Anthony, NM is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions, stock shelves, unload trucks, and maintain a clean store environment.

The role requires strong customer service, teamwork, and communication skills, with physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform ongoing movement throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe environment with professional interactions.
• Keep store clean, restrooms stocked, and areas neat and presentable.
• Other duties as assigned.
