Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a part-time Guest Services Associate in West Union, OH. The role focuses on delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience, handling cash at the register, and ensuring a clean, welcoming store environment. Shifts may include 1st, 2nd, or 3rd with a pay range of $12.50–$14.50 per hour.

Responsibilities include beverage prep, product stocking, gas sales awareness, and adherence to company policies and safety procedures. 16+ age requirement noted.

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide outstanding guest service and follow company policies.
• Ability to handle cash and perform transactions accurately.
• Experience with POS systems and gas sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature Hi Five Guest Experience to every guest.
• Prepare DipSide items and serve shakes, sundaes, and related products.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately and securely, handling transactions.
• Stock shelves, maintain clean and presentable dip cabinets and displays.
• Maintain store safety, monitor for shoplifting, and follow loss-prevention procedures.
• Keep store and parking lot clean and organized; monitor equipment temperatures.
• Complete time records and required documents accurately.
• Assist management with other duties as assigned.
• Communicate effectively in English with customers.
