Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking team members to support Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End departments. You will provide extraordinary service, learn product knowledge, and help guests find meal solutions.

You’ll stock and merchandise, assist guests across departments, and maintain store cleanliness. We require enthusiasm for guest satisfaction and the ability to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• A passion for providing extraordinary service.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to understand wants and needs to help them choose meal solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items to assist guests across departments.
• Merchandise and stock products to create a hospitable shopping experience and assist nearby guests.
• Present yourself professionally and adhere to uniform standards.
• Gather shopping carts and assist in general housekeeping throughout the store.
