The Fresh Market is hiring team members to work in various departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. You will provide exceptional guest service, help guests plan meals, and knowledgeably assist across the store.

As part of our team, you will merchandise and stock products, greet guests, maintain storefront cleanliness, and present a professional image in uniform. This role emphasizes friendly, proactive service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide excellent guest service.
• Engage with guests to learn wants and needs to help create meal solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items across departments to assist guests.
• Merchandise and stock products and specialty items, assisting nearby guests.
• Collect shopping carts from the parking lot and assist with housekeeping duties.
• Present a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
