Job summary

The Club at Savannah Harbor, located in Savannah, GA, is seeking a Full-Time Guest Service Attendant to deliver first-class guest experiences in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will assist guests with outside services, club care, and event support while maintaining a clean and organized clubhouse and cart area.

Responsibilities include helping with golf tournaments, bag handling, and equipment upkeep, along with occasional food and beverage support.

Qualifications

• Prioritize guest satisfaction with a focus on courtesy and professionalism.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to read and follow safety and course policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with outside services and bag handling.
• Maintain neat clubhouse, cart storage area, and parking lot.
• Support setup and operation of golf tournaments and outings.
• Provide courteous service and care for rental clubs and equipment.
• Assist with food and beverage activities as needed.
• Uphold safety and attendance as a reliable team member.
