Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
• Lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about store merchandise.
• Complete Guest transactions using the POS system and bag purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Monitor security risks and assist in preventing thefts.
• Assist with merchandising tasks and displays, fixtures, and pricing.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable to support Buckle’s mission.
