Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Store Support Teammate in Sioux Falls, SD. You will greet guests, handle sales, assist with merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized store in line with Buckle’s mission.

No prior experience is required, and flexible scheduling including weekends is expected. You will work with the store team to deliver excellent guest service while adhering to policies and security practices.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday shopping periods.
• Complete Guest transactions by operating the POS software and bagging purchases.
• Maintain and share knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies on payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Monitor and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations.
• Assist the Operations Manager and/or Visual Merchandiser in merchandising tasks, displays, fixtures, and price markdowns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store to fulfill Buckle’s mission statement.
• Follow Buckle’s Code of Ethics and all policies and handbooks.
• Fulfill mission statement by performing duties with high guest service and contributing to a positive team spirit.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
