Job summary

RaceTrac is hiring a Store Associate to deliver exceptional guest experiences, keeping the store clean, stocked, and running smoothly. The role offers part-time flexibility or a full-time path with opportunities for growth and hands-on training in a fast-paced team environment.

You’ll provide friendly service at the register, restock shelves, and assist in inventory management while maintaining safety and quality standards in a welcoming store setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Experience in a fast-paced guest-focused environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks like bending and standing.

Responsibilities

• Delivering an Exceptional Guest Experience at the register or self-checkout.
• Suggest additional products to enhance guest purchases.
• Address guest concerns with urgency and involve managers as needed.
• Foster a team-oriented, respectful work environment.
• Restock shelves, coolers, and display areas as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in food prep areas and follow safety regulations.
• Keep store clean and organized inside and out.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking.
