Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Store Associate to deliver friendly, prompt service and keep the store clean, stocked, and running smoothly. Part-time flexibility or full-time opportunities are available, with training and growth paths in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll assist guests at the register or self-checkout, suggest add-ons, and respond quickly to concerns while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Experience in fast-paced, guest-focused environments is a plus.
• Team player who takes initiative and enjoys working with people.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• May require food handler or alcohol server permits depending on state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with genuine service at the register or self-checkout.
• Suggest additional products to enhance guest purchases and satisfaction.
• Address guest concerns with urgency and involve managers when needed.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized store environment.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking to ensure availability.
