Job summary

RaceTrac Store Associates provide friendly, prompt service at the register or self-checkout, keeping the store clean, stocked, and running smoothly. In this fast-paced role, you’ll help guests, restock shelves, manage inventory, and ensure quality food items while maintaining safety and a welcoming environment.

The position offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for growth, and hands-on training. Ideal for those seeking part-time or full-time work with weekend and holiday availability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks like bending and standing.
• May be required to obtain food handler or alcohol server permits, depending on state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and teammates with a smile, responding promptly and courteously to both.
• Respond promptly and respectfully to management directions, and be flexible and capable of working in all areas of the store, including food service, store cleaning, cash wrap, and stocking shelves.
• Prepares, handles, and serves food in accordance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintains a clean and organized food service area, ensures proper storage and labeling of ingredients, and adheres to all food safety regulations.
