Job summary

Global Partners LP, located in New Hampshire, seeks a Guest Service Associate to deliver a top-notch guest experience while completing store-level tasks. You will greet guests, operate the POS, maintain cash/tobacco levels, perform housekeeping, restock products, and support management with vendor coordination and safety compliance.

Applicants should have reliable transportation, be able to work flexible hours including nights/weekends/holidays, and be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service or retail is preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and operate POS accurately.
• Strong communication and friendly demeanor with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the POS and maintain cash, lottery, tobacco levels per policy.
• Perform store housekeeping: cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash removal.
• Restock products and supplies to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests to management and assist vendors as needed.
