Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, process payments, and address issues.
• Operate cash register or POS and use upselling techniques to boost sales.
• Ensure accuracy of guests' orders and prepare/pack food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining area, restrooms, and outdoor spaces.
• Uphold Health & Safety standards and stock inventory as needed.
• Work across multiple stations and maintain punctual attendance.
• Follow uniform and grooming standards and collaborate with team to meet goals.
