Responsibilities

• Welcome Station and Sales Performance: provide excellent customer service, support sales and membership growth, assist with member sign-ups and account management, follow pricing and discounts policies.
• Wash Station Service: follow safety procedures, assist vehicle prep including preexisting conditions, operate wash equipment safely, communicate operational issues to team.
• Convenience Station: engage customers professionally, manage member accounts and CX, stock and organize detail centers, empty trash and maintain cleanliness, vacuum station upkeep.
• General Duties: maintain professional conduct, handle opening/closing duties, keep tunnel clean, prepare towels and materials for daily operations.
